JOHN DRAXTON

John Draxton is the son of a farmer and the grandson of a cattleman, and he holds both dear to his heart. Thankfully, both men also passed on a great love for the Lord and for ministry that John really claimed as his own on his first mission trip to Haiti. Since he was in the 7th grade John has been running his own businesses, first cattle, up to 1,200 head, then trucking in the oilfield. Meeting Josue and co-founding the ministry of IFOSuD is one of John’s greatest joys. He has traveled to Haiti over 40 times in the last 9 years. John recently sold his latest business and is devoting himself full-time to Haiti, using his entrepreneurial and agricultural experience to assist IFOSuD and establish a butcher shop, Farmer John’s, in Haiti. He is married to Katy and together they have six children who pray for Haiti every day.
