Our Haitian staff is headquartered in Leogane, Haiti. They are all educated, Christian Haitians, who know the culture and are well-respected in their areas. They sacrifice their personal lives to see a Spiritual, economic, and social impact for the glory of God.
Josue Cesar: Grew up in Jeremie, Haiti. Educated in Agronomy from Haiti State University and received a Masters in Micro-finance at Universite Libre de Bruxelles (ULB) Brussels, Belgium. He has worked for various non-profits in Haiti, taught at Farmer Field School, and is currently heading up the IFOSuD team in Leogane. Josue is married to Imelda Dantes, they have a daughter. Read Josue’s Statement of Faith. Imelda Dantes: Daughter of a pastor in Leogane and wife of Josue. Studied four years of Accounting at University of INUQUA in Port-au-Prince, Haiti. In 2012 she received her Masters in Accounting through INUQUA and University of Quebec Montreal. She has worked for the German-Caritas in the Human Resources Department. Imelda is now the Accountant/Office Manager in Leogane for IFOSuD.
Dorcelien Dukens: Graduated from Haiti State University with a degree in Agronomy. He is teaching at the Farmer Field School and some non-profit organizations. He is married with one son.Wiss Latouche: Studied Agronomy at Haiti State University and received a Masters in Nutrition while studying in France.
Jacqueson Guillaume: Is an agricultural technician and is now studying to be an Agronomist. He is married to a veterinarian and they have two sons.Jean Max Cange: I was born on June 4th, 1992, at Carrefour, but grew up in Leogane. I am the firstborn of 4 children. My father is a farmer and my mom works in Business. I obtained my bachelor’s degree in agronomy science at Universite de Leogane. I am currently a monitor in the area of Cormier. I am also a professor assistant at Universite de Leogane. Finally, I am a Christian and I am single.
